On today's episode of The Momlife Mindset Podcast, I share my heart around strength. Believe it - sister, we are strong - right now! Today. I've been thinking a lot lately about health and wellness. About society conditioning. About the outrageous, inside out expectations, on women and mothers. The reality is, I am 100% a product of society conditioning. Maybe you can relate to that? Maybe you've also struggled with self-image, self-worth, you need to pick apart your body in the mirror and so much more.
As women - we have been conditioned in so many ways to believe that what we're doing isn't enough.
I've been a health and wellness coach for a little over 6 years - and I've learned so much about myself along the way. One of the biggest things is my conditioning and how I need to continue to shift my mental and emotional focus to the strength I have - TODAY. Not 4 years ago before my other babies, not one day once I get to "xyz", not based on what society tells me or shows me to do. NOW. Today.
I want to encourage you to do the same, my friend. You are an amazing woman and mama - just as you are. The things that once were are the things that have gifted you the strength you have now. Remember - the only reason to ever look behind you is to remind yourself how far you've come. Keep doing the work to break down the conditioning, practice self-love and give yourself the gift of reassurance that YES - you are more than enough and beautiful enough and STRONG beyond belief...right now.
