On today's episode of The Momlife Mindset podcast - I share more about the book I just finished, The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry by John Mark Comer. I HIGHLY recommend this book if you're looking to build your spiritual strength and want to dive deeper on boundaries, mental and emotional well-being and evaluating the specific values that matter most to you in your life.
The reality is - we live in a more more more, what's next, what else can I commit to world. It seems like no matter what we do - there's always MORE that we "feel" like we need to or should be doing. I want you to know that we don't have to live that way. Every day, I'm working harder to stay grounded in that truth. Please know that working to create mental and emotional boundaries in our life is a process. It takes time, lots of practice and learning to adjust as needed. You are NOT alone when it comes to finding the best balance of it all - but above all else, know that you can absolutely choose how you want to show up day in and day out.
