With all the life happening around us - from transitions to seasons to endless needs - it can be incredibly easy to lose sight of who we are and what we need as individuals. Let this be your reminder - YOU are still you - as a strong, beautiful woman from the inside out. Don't ever forget that.

I want you to know that you're NOT the only one and we all go through this level of questioning and confusion as we grow further into our motherhood journey. Please know that the best gift you can give yourself is QUIET. And intentional time to really reflect and zone into what you need to feel like yourself. Is that a passion project? Is it a hobby or a creative outlet? Is it deeper connection with certain groups of people or more time alone? Whatever it is - give yourself the time to dig deep and find what lights you up - just for you.
