On today's episode of The Momlife Mindset Podcast - I dive into the HARD of advocating for our health needs. The truth is, trying to find support, learning what we each need as individuals and finding the resources to help is a JOURNEY. It's a process and it can be incredibly exhausting, defeating, lonely, mentally taxing and more. I want you to know that if you're on the path to advocating for health needs (for yourself, your family or your kids) - you are not alone! None of us are ever alone. Please never forget that.

This is one of the biggest things in the mental health space that breaks my heart. It's ALREADY vulnerable and emotional to get to the place of asking for more support. But THEN - to have the process of finding support feel mentally and emotionally exhausting...it just makes it all harder. And I believe there is NO reason for it to be this way or feel this way for people. We can do better and it all starts with talking more, sharing more and normalizing the importance of having inside out health resources readily available in our society.
