On today's episode of The Momlife Mindset podcast, I share more about the internal struggle with body image I've had for most of my life. And how lately - it's been cropping up more and more. Body Dysmorphia has been a part of my story throughout different seasons. As I've learned more about hormonal imbalances and the intense mental and emotional weight that can come along with it, I've also uncovered that a positive body image has felt more challenging to maintain. My body has evolved. Taking care of my health has changed. My clothes don't fit the same. And because I haven't been feeling great in my own skin, with low mood, low energy, extreme fatigue and more - it's been feeding into some of the deep rooted insecurities I've carried for a long time.

As always, I share the raw and real to my story because I want women to know they're not alone. We manage so much mentally, emotionally and physically. Our bodies transition through so many different stages and with each one, we have to learn the importance of deep gratitude and grace for how our bodies carry us throughout our day to day life.
