On today's episode of The Momlife Mindset Podcast, I dive into analysis paralysis within the female brain and some of the simple steps we can take to get out of indecisive loops.
The truth is - most often we get into feeling paralyzed when we're over consuming and leaving "too much" inside our brain. By taking simple steps to write things down, create lists of how we need to take care of ourselves, setting boundaries with consumption online and with time/energy and highlighting our main objective - we can start to take steps with moving forward.
At the end of the day - overwhelm and staying stuck in indecision is a choice. And quite honestly, a disservice to what we truly deserve when it comes to self-care as women. Don't forget that you deserve the same level of love and care you so freely give to others. My challenge for you is to start stepping into "action mode" faster for yourself. The same way you likely do for your family, your kids and the people you love in your life.
Beautiful lady - you deserve that grace, nurturing and advocacy too! Don't be afraid to take messy action steps...and have grace for the self-awareness and self-growth process. It's not about doing it perfectly...it's about making progress along the way.
