Episode 60  we did a brief overview of Ayurveda and chatted about the three mind body types: Vata, Pitta, Kapha. This week I did a deeper dive into Vata and its characteristics so you can have a better understanding of it and recognize it. Are you Vata? Do you know someone who is? Now you know how to balance this dosha so you can have less Vata symptoms.
