Description

When it comes to health, we often think in black and white—literally. We use language like «healthy» and «sick» to mean «good» and «bad». We instinctively want to categorize the world into simple binaries, and when we treat our bodies this way it is very unhelpful.

The truth is that health is not binary. You are not either healthy or sick; it's a spectrum. What works for one person may not work for another, and our bodies may need different things at different times.

Join us in this episode of The Health Mastery with Anna Podcast as Anna talks about how binary thinking on health can be harmful and provides some tips on how to think more constructively about your well-being.

Tune in now to learn how to break the thought patterns that health is a binary choice. Breaking this belief can be a key to allowing us to make choices that  optimize our body and mind for living well - with or without illness.
