In this episode, I’m joined by my son, Jonathan, for a fun
conversation about a movie watching experience we started together one year ago. We wanted to watch the highest grossing films of every year, going back as far as we could. The oldest movie we were able to find was 1933’s King Kong, and we watched the highest grossing annual films through 2023.
This is the first conversation we had after finishing the list,
and we talk about things that surprised us, shifts in moviemaking over the years, the worst and best movies we watched. We end the episode by ranking our Top-20. You may (or may not) be surprised!
