Today, Kylie and Kara are very excited to welcome special guest, and friend, Nick Krantz to the podcast. Nick is an online health and fitness coach, who due to his own life experiences, has a special interest (and expertise) in brain health.
In today's episode, Nick opens up about his history with multiple TBIs (traumatic brain injuries), the impact it's had on his life, how the traditional medical field has failed him, and some of the ways he has found healing holistically.
