Kylie and Kara are back with an education-packed episode. Many of the health and weight-loss issues women face are rooted in hormonal imbalance, and some of the most commonly effected hormones are estrogen and progesterone.

Together, they cover estrogen and the important role it plays in the body, as well as what symptoms occur when you have too much estrogen (estrogen dominance). They also dive into progesterone, its role in the body, and the symptoms you may experience when you do not have enough progesterone. Additionally, they give advice on the steps you can take toward fixing estrogen dominance and low progesterone.
