The beautiful part bout life is that each and every day we wake up, we have so many opportunities to move towards the goals we have and the life we want to live. However, on the flip side, we also never know when our "time" is up.
I (Stephone) was inspired by this expression this weekend and I had to do an episode on this concept. I really hope this lights a fire under your ass and gets you moving towards your goals. Understanding that YOU are the only one that can truly make a change. You can hire coaches, get trainers, work with mentors.. etc. BUT.. if you don't do then nothing will get done!
