Eating disorders: it's mentioned only in passing, but I thought it was important to tag anyway. As Matt's mental and physical state declines, his eating habits go right down with them and he loses a lot of weight.
Blood, injury and mild gore: Frank and Matt get hurt badly a lot of times through this work. There's mentions of gunshot wounds, stab wounds and infected wounds.
Suicidal ideation: It's mentioned more than once that Matt blames himself for Foggy's death and considers ending it all during or after his quest for Fisk and all the other people responsible.
