Sleep ... We all need it ... In fact humans cannot survive without it!

And yet a lack of quality sleep is one of the hottest topics of discussion I have with not only my clients, but with many of the women I come in contact with.

I have spent the better part of the last 30 years struggling to get a decent night’s sleep. In the past my sleep habits were so messed up that I was lucky if I had 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep at night. I identified myself to anyone who would ask, as an insomniac!

This chronic sleep deprivation was making my daily life a real chore.

I’d be irritable, unable to concentrate, moody, prone to accidents and hurting myself, my mind was fuzzy and I used to forget everything.

Fast forward to now…

And my sleep habits have improved so much that I no longer label myself an insomniac.
