There is a major decline
In things that I can now do,
Time’s flown a million miles
Tough, but very true
Can’t flog honesty, can we
Bury or burn it,
‘Twill, always, rise from the ashes
And, eat away the lies bit by bit
Life’s end is all nostalgic
A lifelong dream, if you will,
A Sunrise, a Sunset, not much more
‘Cause life’s had its full, fill
But, Hope lives on and must do so
Remain, wildly, aflame,
Climb Mount Everest or the anthill
What is there in a name?
Never give up, and
This adage never forget,
However dark the skies maybe
For, it’s in, unbreakable, stone set.
