Or, rush around and reach your mile
Remember, Patience, too, needs a little help

The one that takes your frowns away
Lightens the heart and makes you sway,
The mind’s an awful, complex, machine
As soccer and cricket you, simultaneously, play.
The smile then is your ally supreme
As thoughts submerge you, like tadpoles in a stream,
You struggle between things to do
While, in your smile, lies your wildest dream.
Own a palace or a golden isle
What use is, destructive, guile
That gets you just an ephemeral “high”
When there’s nothing better than a simple smile.
Flashing , sparkling, teeth all white
Or, a toothless grin is still all right
For, all that truly matters in life
Is the, well- lit, heart that stays alight
And, the Smile it is that does this best
