Up on the podcast this week we have one of my big girl-crushes Charlotte Holmes. I’ve been following Charlotte on Instagram for years and I thought it was about time to get her on the podcast to discuss her area of expertise: MINDFUL MOVEMENT.

About Charlotte:

Charlotte has worked in the health and fitness industry for over a decade as a movement coach, fitness model and brand ambassador alongside her career in modelling and pageantry. She won the Miss England title in 2012 and was placed 4th in Britain’s Next Top Model in 2010. Around this time in her early 20s she qualified as a PT and group fitness instructor and her love of the physical elements of yoga paired with the desire to delve deeper took her to India where she began her teacher training. Since then Charlotte has worked across some of the top London fitness boutiques, internationally on fitness retreats, as a founding instructor on the FiiT app, as a PT on MTV’s Beach Body SOS and as Head of Yoga for Virgin Active UK.
