This week, we have Keri Jarvis on the podcast and I'm thrilled to chat to her. Keri is an intersectional feminist developmental coach, a community activist, and a charity co founder. Her best work happens when she's exploring relational dynamics with clients, deepening their understanding of themselves and others in the context of oppressive systems so that they can sustain easier access to their healthy adult selves and rehearse the future we're craving into being.
Keri was exceptionally honest, sharing her messy journey from questioning the need for feminism to deeply examining systemic injustices such as white supremacy and capitalism.
The conversation delves into the significance of relational dynamics, systemic factors affecting mental health, and rethinking the notion of individual legacy and purpose.
