Today we cover music therapy and the benefits we gain from using music as a tool. We go over all the types of music we like to listen to and how it impacts our lives and how we use it to help us through our day to day.
Please understand this show is not therapy and that we are not licensed physiologists, therapist or life coaches. We are simply two moms who are walking down their own healing path. We believe in the power of connection to help unite and empower others who struggle with understanding mental health.
