We are too negative habitually when it comes to our relationship with ourselves. Why don't we change that and think how we can treat ourselves like a good friend would? Retrain the brain to give yourself a pat on the back instead of a stern telling off. Enjoy that you're trying to get to where you want to be and not tell yourself that it's a wasted effort.
