Heather is an Idahoan native turned adventurer always in search of a nice hot spring to swim in. She recounts some of her stories along with her travels including Everest Basecamp, rafting the Grand Canyon, and living in Alaska (with me!). She gives us some tips and secrets on how to find the best hot springs. We discuss the Hot Springs Trail, a 2,400 mile trail that goes through Idaho, Nevada and California.
