The focus, whilst still glorious, shifts from the deity of Christ in chapter 1 to his humanity and his suffering. Jesus has heard our cry for help and come down. We have not 'found religion' but a person! He is our king (who gets involved), our champion (who beats death) and our brother (who is proud of us).
