Hey, y'all I'm at my newest listing on Dewees island 382 Pelican flight drive. It's just under 2,500 square feet. It's four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Let's take a tour.
Y’all, this home sits on just over two acres and has beach access path across the street. I can actually stand out here and hear the ocean waves crashing.
So we are on the top floor. This home is a reverse floor plan where the top floor is gonna have your kitchen living room and master bedroom. This is an open concept layout where the kitchen overlooks the living room.
Here is the living room, which has the kitchen just behind it here. You can see we have this beautiful wood ceiling and the view looks out over these stunning live Oaks and palmettos and marshland.
The focal point of the living room is this beautiful stone gas burning fireplace. And these folks have their TV tucked off to the side in this cabinet, right here, you have this very large kitchen with matching stainless steel appliances, a Viking gas range. As I mentioned, it looks over into the living room and you have a stunning view of the backyard and the marsh from the sink.
