This book has been waiting on our bookshelves for over 2 years. Hmm… it's time to actually read, discuss, and practice the tools shared to make a difference in our relationship to food. Together we can learn a little more about how to be mindful when we eat and be more compassionate with ourselves and our emotions we are feeling so we can sit with them to actually feel them not just stuff them.
