Hello friends!  Thanks for joining us again today to discuss our featured book Building a Resilient Life by Rebekah Lyons.  The focus today is all about training with resistance and choosing to grow step by step.  We get to run our own race. We don't need to compare what we are doing to any other person, we are running in our own lane.  It's not always easy but we can learn and grow each step.  Today we encourage each other to start to simply move forward towards healing and freedom.  We hope you too can start to build a resilient life with small steps forward.
