The concept here is that our souls originate or gravitate towards certain places in the Universe. Starseeds have spent most of their time (and incarnations) in other star systems, while Earthlings are souls that have spent most of their time on Earth (and usually only Earth). Forerunners are advanced Earthlings, having learned important lessons during their many lives on Earth or from visiting other star systems.
