Description

How do I start setting clear and specific goals? The thing you want so badly won't come on a silver platter while you wait. In this episode we discuss the benefits goal setting can have on our lives. We take a closer look at SMART goals and review an actual goal I created for myself in fall of 2020. I use my success story as an example that by following this simple framework I created a clear plan of action to my goal, and I was able to repeat it 6 times in a row! Now I am here sharing it, in hopes that you too can get to where you envision yourself.
