Sometimes my friends inspire me. Actually, they often do. And that's exactly what happened this week. A friend of mine reached out wanting to talk because he was feeling "mentally broken", that he wanted to make big changes in his life but couldn't bring himself to do it. Like he was living on autopilot and not in control. And it broke my heart because I TOTALLY resonated with that feeling. I've been there. I think we all have. And so today I am sharing with you some advice that I have for him, and for you if you are finding yourself in the same situation.

Here are the Cole's notes:

- It's always INTERNAL work that needs to be done

- You need clarity on what you WANT

- You need a GOAL to act as an anchor and motivator for change

- You don't need to know the whole path, just the NEXT STEP
