Description

Crissy is a yoga instructor who does things a little differently! She loves to practice and teach a gentle form of yoga know as Yin, and as someone who vehemently resists exercise, I can totally get on board with Yin yoga. It's my favourite form of self-care.

I brought Crissy on the show today to share with you some of her knowledge and passion around how yoga can help us get grounded in the upcoming holiday season. We talk about how yoga allows us to get present in our bodies, and how we can use yoga to tune into what our bodies need and are trying to tell us.
