Instead of a new years resolution I come up with a word for the year. This year, that word is TRUST. To me, it's about trusting my intuition. Trusting my gut. Knowing that I have the answers I need and not looking externally for validation or permission. I invite you to find a word that resonates with you for 2023 and keep it close to your heart.
