Aloha! I’m Jade, your Mindful Hula Mentor, who is going to help you learn how to be kind to yourself! Because frankly, you are amazing, and I really want you to feel that!

This podcast is all about Embracing the Jiggle through life! We will talk about Self Compassion and how this practice can truly be life changing by helping you notice and change the way you speak and treat yourself. We will also talk about how you are so much more than your body, and that your life, stresses and decisions DO NOT have to be based on the size or shape you are. My gosh, your brain is so much more interesting than your pant size my friend :) And trust me, I say that with a heart full of love. You can also count on discussions about how you can embrace some of the emotional jiggle that follows you around day to day, and I will help you begin to move through the junk with lot's of joy!
