Description

Which type are you? DO you lose your temper multiple times a day over and over again in a cycle? Or do you tend to stay patient for the most part stuffing your frustration down, until you explode? I get it, I have had times where I do both actually! In this episode you will be reminded of just how "normal" it is to overreact and lose your temper. And, you will learn my favorite phrase, or mantra, to use to help myself feel grounded in those tough moments. I know it takes practice, but you can get to a point where you find less OVERreaction, and more RESPONDING.
