It's easy to get so busy that we may go throughout our entire day not really pausing to stop and notice something to be mindful of... Be grateful for... Or even notice about how our actual body is even feeling. Think right now, are your shoulders lifted and tight? In this episode I will share with you 5 of my favorite really quick mindful moment techniques that help me live in a more mindful space. Why do we need to live in a mindful space? So that life doesn't pass us by and we add years on top of years not remembering of being thankful for the tiny moments. It can also help us tap into how our body is feeling and really work towards connecting with it.
