Remember that you do not need to be a dancer to be here and begin to shift your mindset to accepting all parts of you. These first few episodes lay the foundation of the things that have helped Jade embrace the up's and down's of mental health/physical health and is laying a foundation for you to come back to as you embrace the rollercoaster of your life. This episode does reference Hula and how I utilize dancing to embrace my body, however, listen to the end. You will see that there is such beauty in not making your BODY the focus, but rather accepting that there is so much more beauty in your brain that wants to be noticed and admired!
