"Rwanda has been taking Congolese resources for a long time"
Former Rwanda Army Chief of Staff Lieutenant-General Kayumba Nyamwasa says the conflict in the DRC with the M23 Rebels is due to minerals. Nyamwasa claims that Rwanda has been taking Congolese resources for a long time, using the soldiers to "capture" the area.
