WELCOME TO SEASON 4 SAILORS!!!!!
Let me just say HAPPY NEW YEAR to all those sailing on the healing ship since July of 2020!!! I collaborated with Minister Ashley Mills in this episode to discuss the importance of making your outward beauty match what is inside and vice versa! Minister Ashley understood the assignment and wrote a thesis on the importance of truly LOVING YOURSELF! Many of us can not love ourselves due to failure to forgive ourselves, self-sabotaging, trauma, insecurities, bitterness and so much more. Due to our inability to release all of the " emotional baggage," we are stuck at baggage claims. In this episode, we also explore the possible reasonings why " The Church" does not speak more on inner healing and outward beauty.
