The long awaited sushi taste test at the JAL Show. As you know, we always want to be precise, scientific, and accurate on the JAL Show. This week we tried salmon nigiri from seven different restaurants in a blind taste test to determine which one is the best in Edmonton. We tried salmon nigiri from Japonais Bistro, Mikado, Yokozuna, Washoku, Mt. Fuji Griesbach, Tokyo Express, and T&T Supermarket. We compared salmon nigiri on the fish, rice, overall combination, and wow factor.
As a bonus we also compared Dorinku's pressed salmon sushi with Japonais Bistro's.

One caveat, the taste test was performed at lunch therefore only restaurants opened for lunch were qualified.
