This week Jorje gets nerdy on the JAV show and discusses the benefits and basic to sleeping. Most of the information he got was from Matthew Walker's book "Why We Sleep: Unlocking the Power of Sleep and Dreams" This episode we will go through the basics on how to fall asleep, what sleep is, benefits to sleep, and detriments to sleep deprivation. The top sleep tip hacks are as follows:

1. Stick to a sleep schedule

2. Exercise but not too late

3. Avoid caffeine and nicotine

4. Avoid alcohol before bed

5. Avoid large meals and beverages late at night

6. Avoid medicines that delay or disrupt your sleep

7. Don't take naps after 3 pm

8. Relax before bed

9. Take a hot bath before bed

10. Dark, cool, gadget-free bedroom

11. Have sunlight exposure during the day

12. Don't lie in bed awake
