Description

He may be well known for the workout used by coaches torture us at the end of every marathon season but there's a lot more to Bart than training! In this episode we learn about how he got into running, his favorite and most challenging times as a runner, and why he says running will help - long after PRs.
I used multiple resources to research Bart and some of the people and races he mentions during our conversation. Please find links below for more information. I hope you do not miss this inspiring episode!
Thanks to Bart for sharing his time with me!
