Here goes day 2 of this weeks ranting on college. 

I saw an interesting article a while ago that explained how companies like Google and Apple will implement their own "universities" into their companies. 

In short, this is what internal education. 

As a matter of fact, this is already happening in a lot of companies. They have their own "universities" or "academies" that they send their employees to in order to learn the ins and outs of their job. 

While this is "on the job training", it stands out because of the fact that employees are learning in a classroom setting. (and getting paid to be there, might I add) 

So with companies becoming more and more acquainted with this idea of providing their own employees an education, I can only imagine that it evolves into something much more impactful, and eventually might even phase traditional universities out completely. 

That's just my two cents though.
