Today was probably one of the better days I've had in a while to be honest.
Now don't get me wrong... I'm not saying all the other days are bad or anything... today just topped them.
Why? Because today was a recording day for us on "Star Student Sunday" and I LOVE recording days because I get to learn.
LEARN? WHAT?!
That's right. I like learning. You all know that by now. And there is NOTHING like learning more about production from... PRODUCING STUFF!
I've finally gotten myself to start putting MONEY into this podcast. It has a huge return.
Not only do I get awesome equipment when I buy it... but I get to learn how to use it.
When I learn how to use it... my podcast gets better. It also gives me skills, and skills make me more appealing to clients that I could do production for in the future.
This is how "investing in yourself" works.
A lot of times when you put money into things... there's a good chance that you are going to get some form of return on it... or you wouldn't have the willingness to pay.... right?
