How important do you think it really is to have a daily routine?
Having a routine can help your body and your mind keep up with life, because you are just conditioning each (or both) to get a certain amount done each day.
Now, obviously everyone's routine is different, and everyone achieves different levels of success throughout the day.
This is because there are all sorts of ways to manipulate your routine and make the most out of it... or just not even have a routine at all and still get ahead.
So at the end of the day, whether or not a routine would be beneficial to you could depend on who you are.
