Over the next six episodes, we’ll release live recordings of the speaker talks from 2021’s hugely successful event in London…

“How to build a coaching culture - a framework for success ” by Jo Wright

In the first talk of the day, CEO Jo Wright took to the stage to visualise the future of the workplace, and more importantly, what needs to be done today, to make a difference. She looked at how to build a coaching culture where authentic leaders and managers help people to grow, thrive and perform, through effective conversations and honest feedback, underpinned by trust.

About Jo Wright:

Co-founder and CEO of Coaching Culture, Jo’s passion is helping people and organisations benefit from a coaching culture. With nearly 30 years’ experience leading and coaching teams, Jo’s focus is now on inspiring people to think differently about their organisational culture and leadership styles through the power of coaching. Jo spends much of her time public speaking about the benefits of coaching and interviewing industry leaders for the Coaching Culture magazine and podcast series.
