Greatness is a choice! Greatness is achieved by those who choose to #ShowUp and embrace the opportunities made available to them. Greatness requires goals, a realistic plan to achieve them, and targeted efforts to do what is required by the plan. Greatness is not a job but a frame of mind. Achieving this frame of mind may require reading, listening, coaching, joining the right environments, and constant practice until you achieve this frame of mind. You can never achieve something until you believe that you can achieve it.
