After delivering two 8 plus pound babies in my 5 feet 4 inches frame via two c-sections, I felt like a foreigner in my physical body. I remember looking down at the multiple rolls on my belly, and feeling them touch one another. Going to an office for 9 hours a day, caring for two small kids, and managing life was taking priority over my health and I ended up in a body I didn’t even recognize. After a while I got so uncomfortable that a fire lit up. It was a spark that led me down the path of truly figuring out how to transform my body into a Mom Bod I felt sexy and proud in. I share a bit of this journey on this episode. Your physical body does not define you, but elevating your body to a state that you know you are capable of can really boost your confidence and change the way you see yourself and feel and remind you that you are more than a Mama.
