Normally I would take this space to explain a little about the movie or why we decided to watch and talk about it. Maybe tease it with a joke, or just try some creative way to allude to the movie before you click play. However, this week something so shocking, so insane, so mind blowingly catastrophic was said on the podcast (by Kate of course) that I’ve decided to take this opportunity for a PSA:

Right now (well after the podcast maybe).
I know that he hasn’t really made a classic movie in nearly 50 years. And I know he will always be defined by his work in the 70s and then the big swing and miss he took in the 80s and has more or less been working to pay off debts since, but still… it’s Francis Ford Coppola!
So tonight, or this weekend, or whenever you can carve out like eleven hours of free time, watch The Godfather, The Godfather pt.2, The Conversation, and Apocalypse Now.
