This podcast has always, and only ever been me speaking about the experience I’m having in any given moment. Which means it changed- as I change. As I evolve.
This podcast is me my inner ramblings, the way that I process my current experience.
I listen to past episodes and do not recognise parts of myself. I and a completely different human.
Parts of me want to go back and delete previous episodes, or explicitly tell folks that I don’t think this particular thing about this particular experience anymore..
But what a gift to have such a dynamic documentation of my journey. An opportunity to honour all parts of myself in this journey. Every understanding and experience of myself and her expression.
