Prolific author Gary Phillips has created a Murder/Mystery Noir set in 1963 Los Angeles with his ONE-SHOT HARRY. Korean war vet Harry Ingram encounters his old war buddy and friend Ben Kinslow in Los Angeles. Not long after, Kinslow is found dead from a car accident. As usual the LA Police sweep it under the rug. But Harry isn't sure it was an accident and sets out to find the truth.
