You’ve done a lot of work over the past 8 weeks! But it’s not going to make much of an impact if you don’t take what you’ve learned and discovered about yourself and put it into action. I get it - it’s easy to be excited about something and then fizzle out. I have done it myself countless times. There are so many things competing for our attention that it can be challenging to focus on something that doesn’t seem that urgent.
