Ooof y'all! It has been a FAST few months and the past month has been moving like wildfire. As someone who feels anchored to their daily spiritual practice, experiencing a busy season that hasn't allowed space for daily check-ins - I am reflecting on why sometimes life moves us shiftly and how sometimes that is the best thing for us. Join me as I share the embarrassing story of how my mom used to "ground me" when I was in high school and how the universe has brought me back to that exact place to get grounded all over again. Getting grounded shouldn't have to be putting our feet in the grass and a 75-minute breathing exercise - sometimes the most grounded thing we can do - is just being present in our lives. When we have big visions, it is easy to get overwhelmed. We have to slow down and remember - a full picture is made up of tiny pixels. Allow yourself to create through daily, small steps. Get lost in the doing, and you will get it done. Tune out, tune in. Love you, mean it.
